Deo Grey is a celebrated East African musician known for his dynamic sound, blending R&B, Trap Soul, and Afrobeat. His music tells stories of resilience, love, and personal growth. Inspired by artists like Chris Brown,Jason Derulo, Drake, Diamond Platnumz, and Otile Brown, his journey began when he was discovered by Drisa from Megalink Entertainment Studios in Nairobi. In 2019, he released his first single Sinking, followed by two EPs: FEELINGS (2020) and EMPTY FEELINGS (2023), nominated for Best Album/EP in East Africa at the E360 East Africa Awards. Notable singles include Kibanana (2021), Peace (2022), and Traumatized (2024).
Deo Grey is committed to uplifting young talent, especially from vulnerable communities, while addressing significant social issues in his music.
