Lucky Home Family is a non-profit organization with core mission of providing basic neccesities (food, shelter, clothes, health care and better education) for young children in the Tanzanian community who have lost their parents.
The organization (orphanage) is situated in Tanga region, Handeni District Council and Kang'ata ward where we have got enough land for building a home for the children and a farm but it’s not yet built up.
Currently we host five orphans, three of them live with their grandparents and other two are with their relatives. And there is many more children out here with no one to hold their hands. We intend to offer shelter to these kids by accommodating them together as one family where they will be nurtured and enabled to realize their dreams.
However, financial constrains have made the achievement of our mission slower than we expected since our organization solely depends on aids or donations from donors
both within and outside the country.
