on 12/16/2012 I bought my 1st EV, A 2013 Nissan LEAF to replace my old JEEP that I used to commute to NYC 5 to 6 days a week because I was burning a lot of GAS ⛽️
It cost me $5000 a year in GAS and Maintenance because I was sitting in a lot of Traffic.
That first LEAF was $26,500 after all incentives and it cost me only $440 in Electricity for the same exact commute
It was saving me $4500 a year by not buying GAS!!
It was amazing. I never thought I could save so much $$$$$ by switching my car.
Why throw away so much money to the Gasoline industry?
When my car is so smooth and quick and requires hardly any maintenance and the fuel is so cheap.
I currently own 3 EVs, My original car is still here, You can find it by searching the web for UBUYGAS and then during Covid I bought a Tesla Model Y
The latest car is a 2012 LEAF that I bought Oct/2022 for only $2450.
