Anu Gupta is an award-winning author, educator, lawyer, scientist, and meditation teacher. He is committed to re-storying the future where humans heal their relationships with each other, the more-than-human world, and the living Earth.
His bestselling book, Breaking Bias: Where Stereotypes and Prejudices Come From and the Science-Backed Method to Unravel Them (2024), features a foreword from the Dalai Lama and offers mindfulness-based tools to heal from bias, trauma, and disconnection.
