I've been a 'fitness coach' since 2018. Over the years I've refined my craft and practiced my skills working with hundreds of 1-to-1 clients, as well as training myself for the last 17 years and learning to understand the human body and how it moves.
I stopped referring to myself as a 'personal trainer' or 'fitness coach' when my service became more than just training people to lose fat & build muscle...
It became far more about helping people to move their bodies better. This proved FAR more valuable then their bodies composition.
I plan to use this YouTube account to help change more people's loves through strength training.
