The Ships Ministry began in 1970 as part of the global Christian training and outreach movement, OM . Since then OM's ships have visited over 450 different ports in more than 150 countries and territories and welcomed 42 million visitors on board.
Our goal is to share knowledge, help and hope to the people of the world. We do this through:
- Sharing the Good News of Jesus Christ at every opportunity
- Enabling personal development and spiritual formation of our staff
- Motivating Christians to participate in local and global mission
- Supplying educational and Christian resources
- Helping people at their point of need
