I love taking my family and friends outdoors to do fun and adventurous things together. Taking time with the family to be outside helps bring our family closer together. I am making this YouTube channel to inspire you to get outside and have fun with your family too and also as a way to remember and celebrate the times our family has had fun together. Getting outside and having fun while getting some exercise is a great way to stay healthy and happy. Exercise in the outdoors is the best anti-depressant known to mankind.
