🌱 Welcome to the Geo Mentorship Initiative

Empowering underserved, unheard, and underrepresented youths to find guidance, confidence, and a clear path forward.

For many students, especially first‑generation, international, national, and minority youth, life comes with challenges most people never see. No mentors. No guidance. No direction. No one to say, “You belong here.”

That’s why I started this mentorship program.
✨ My mission is simple:
To support young people who feel lost, unseen, or unsure where to begin — academically, personally, or professionally.
Whether you want help with:

🎓 Education & career planning
🌍 Studying abroad
🗺️ GIS, UAVs, Remote Sensing, Surveying, Geoinformatics, Geomatics Engineering, Fluvial Geomorphology, STEM
💬 Building confidence, communication, and purpose
📚 Scholarships, internships, and opportunities
🤝 Or simply having someone to talk to who understands your journey

…I am here to help you and me grow.

Testing My DIY Sense Box to Find the Perfect Photography Spot!

Today I experimented with a small “sense box” made from different sensors — a light sensor, wind sensor, humidity + temperature module, and even a distance sensor. Inspired by environmental monitoring kits, I wanted to see if a simple sensor setup can help us choose the best place to take photos outdoors.
The idea was simple:
✨ More light = sharper photos
💨 Less wind = more stable shots
🌡️ Balanced temperature/humidity = less lens fog
📏 Clear surroundings = clean composition
Using these sensors, I mapped out small areas and compared the readings. Surprisingly, the “best” photo spot wasn’t the one that looked great to the eyes — the sensors helped reveal real environmental conditions that affect photography quality.
Would you try something like this?
