October 4, 2025 — A Cessna 172 , CP-2645 , and Cessna 172 , CP-3062 , experienced mid-air collision south of Santa Ana , Beni , Bolivia. CP-2645 was found near the Pistola Lagoon , about 22 miles south of Santa Ana. The instructor and student pilot perished and the aircraft was written off. CP-3062 with an instructor and student pilot on board received substantial damage but was able to land safely at Santa Ana del Yacuma Airport , Santa Ana del Yacuma, Beni, Bolivia.

Today - Angara Airlines Flight 2311, an Antonov An-24RV, crashed in a forest near Tynda Airport, Russia, with 49 on board. Sadly, no one survived, making it the biggest crash after AI171 and the plane crash in Bangladesh a few days ago...
I really don't know what to say... @Søfnerov aviation is no longer with us. He tragically decided to end his life. I can't imagine the pain his family is going through right now. I just hope they recover from this soon.
