Somehow I completely forgot to mention here that I was live on twitch all day yesterday competing in the Agora 24 hour @AnimChallenge, here's my entry!
I’m never going to say something this mainstream and white-standup-comedian-y again I promise but WHY do all the cooking youtubers do that thing where they hold the microphone up to their mouth and then bite the crunchy food? It’s been 7 YEARS since that was cool. JOSHUA WEISSMAN WAS DOING THAT WHEN SOME OF THESE YOUTUBE SHORTS POSEURS WERE IN MIDDLESCHOOL. It’s OLD now. It’s TIRED. STOP. If you NEED to illustrate how crispy something is, scrape a knife against it and at least PRETEND you have class. Do you have any idea the number of grown men on my homepage that are posing with french fries hanging from their lips? ONE would be pushing it. It is time for the culture to move on from “crispy is king” and on to “mushy is monarch”. Where are all the sludge enjoyers? We need to start the porridge fad. I should become the first viral oatmeal creator. The first rice and beans influencer. Man, influencer kinda sounds like some sort of mage title, like if social media didn’t exist and I told you that I was a rice and beans influencer, you would probably think that I make rice and beans move with my mind or something. But NO. We have to deal with 500 viral recipes for FRENCH FRIES. A food ANYONE can get if they are willing to walk 10 minutes away from their house. For CHEAPER than making it at home. What do you mean you boil the potatoes and then fry them? Some people boil them, freeze them, and THEN fry them. HOURS wasted. Like I get it if you can’t eat normal french fries for some reason but otherwise I am coming for you
what. why? who thought this was a good idea? why is it the first page of studio now? why does it just generate them automatically without me doing anything?
I am OBSESSED with this 3D model of Gene Sharp made in 2007 by the Iranian Ministry of Intelligence. Why is his head so much longer in the model than in real life? Why does he have Jordan Peterson's hair? Why does his collar ride all the way up to his chin? Is the tie sitting on top of his Adam's Apple? It makes even less sense if you know they also made a model of John McCain which was rather realistic for the time, but this one is still so cartoony.
(Yes i'm just excited to see an animated CG segment in a sarcasmitron video lol)
What if the Heavy avatar from Bonelab is like Smough from Dark Souls, where the head on their armor is fake and the actual face is hidden in the torso?
