Mrs. Brittani Halliburton Armstrong is a Houston native, she graduated from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette with her bachelor’s degree in Public Relations and later earned her Juris Doctorate degree from Texas Southern University Thurgood Marshall School of Law. She is a licensed attorney, author, motivational speaker and member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Incorporated. She is the creator of S.A.S.S.Y. Women’s Network (Sisters Applauding Sisters Success Yass) a women’s empowerment organization in the greater Houston area designed to educate, empower and encourage women of all ages. She has been featured in the Black Girls Guide to Grad School, Cultural Muse, and Voyage Houston. Mrs. Halliburton Armstrong has also served as a guest speaker on a host of panels and women’s empowerment events. She encourages individuals to first believe that they can, and then accept that they will.
