2 salmon fillets
1 bunch of fresh asparagus
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 lemon, sliced
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh dill, for garnish

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle minced garlic over them. Season with salt and pepper.
Arrange the fresh asparagus around the salmon fillets. Drizzle with a bit of olive oil and season with salt.
Lay lemon slices over the salmon and asparagus for a burst of citrusy flavor.

4 large baking potatoes

Salt and pepper
Your choice of fillings: crispy bacon, shredded cheese, green onions, sour cream, and anything else your heart desires! 🥓🧀🌱🍶
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). This is where the magic begins!
Scrub those spuds clean, because no one likes a dirty potato. Give them a good wash and dry them off.
With the precision of a surgeon, carefully quarter each potato lengthwise. Be gentle, these spuds are counting on you!

Get ready to tantalize your taste buds with these succulent Chicken and Filet Cabobs, packed with flavors and grilled to perfection. 🌶️🧅🍄
Ingredients:
1 pound of boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into chunks
1 pound of filet mignon, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 red bell pepper, cut into squares
1 green bell pepper, cut into squares
1 yellow onion, cut into squares
4 large portobello mushrooms, stems removed and sliced
Wooden or metal skewers (pre-soaked if using wooden skewers)
Marinade:
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
In a bowl, whisk together all the marinade ingredients until well combined.
Place the chicken chunks and filet mignon pieces in separate ziplock bags or shallow dishes. Pour half of the marinade over each, ensuring the meat is evenly coated. Let them marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes (or overnight for enhanced flavors).

Thread the marinated chicken, filet mignon, bell peppers, onions, and portobello mushrooms onto the skewers, alternating ingredients.
