Lock & Key was formed in late 2013 by founding members Richard, Danny, Ben, Josh and Nathan Waller, following a near-death illness of Richard.
Creating relateable material, influenced by the experiences of the band members, which are both lyrically and musically evocative, Lock & Key have extensively toured the UK and Europe since releasing their first single "So Alone" in February 2014, from debut EP 'The Divide' (Small Town) and subsequent debut album 'Peaceless' (Crooked Noise) in 2016, which reached #9 on UK iTunes Metal charts.
Personal commitments and the pursuit of other musical opportunities led to a seeming permanent hiatus mid 2016. But that's all in the past. Fast forward to 2019 and Lock & Key are back with a vengeance and ready to stir things up.
