We're a family of 4. Our names are Ange and Marty along with our girls Halo & Opal. We truly enjoy becoming stronger and limber in our bodies as we got older so we can enjoy an active lifestyle and we want to show others you can do the same no matter what age.
We are not the 'fitness influencers' you see online. Just a husband and wife team who get a massive kick out of helping others become stronger and mobile and develop some movement skills and habits.
Here on YouTube we'll share some movement gems, tips and mini-classes that you can do and experience our approach to strength and mobility.
We also love travelling and exploring new places and we will be vlogging our adventures as a family along the way.
