For years it's bothered me how the internet age / influencers promote, give advice on, teach, etc in an untruthful or unclear way....
There is so much misinformation going on in the consumer world, leaving us everyday buyers either confused or tricked into buying or using a service.
My goal is to be able to close that gap and help as many everyday people as possible by being 100% truthful and using science based methods.
Giving back is a big passion of mine and feeling like I am helping people has been helping me get through everything that is happening in the world—so thank you endlessly for the support. I appreciate it more than you will ever know!

Hey everyone! Just wanted to keep y'all updated since I don't want anyone to think I disappeared again.
I got bit by a dog really bad in my left hand and it got infected, which is why things are moving a little slow.
But for an update:
Going back on track, I'm going to work on talking about nutrition, both bulking (for muscle gain / my focus while growing my glutes) and also cutting because it's summer time! I'll make sure to explain everything thoroughly, give you guys examples, how I found my macros, tips on how I make it easy to stay on track, how I come up with my recipes (I think this is SO important but undervalued), etc etc.
I really want to emphasize that I know nutrition is a triggering subject, especially with our society and unrealistic standards today, which is why it's taking me a little bit longer to record. I just want to make sure I'm being as cautious as possible because I would *never* in my life want to be a trigger for anyone.
In the meantime, I have gotten tons of requests to start sharing my recipes. As I'm currently on a cut, I'll be sharing all my low calorie + high volume meals and snacks. EVERY single recipe is made to be affordable, easy to access, and simple because I want to make sure anyone who wants to follow along can.
