Yukidō (愉気道) is a hands-on healthcare art that combines Japanese seitai and traditional bone setting. This practice is based on listening to internal sensations of temperature, consistency and movement to support the body's self-regulating abilities.

👤 Andréine Bel
A trained dancer and choreographer (classical dance, free dance, kathak), introduced to Seitai by Itsuo Tsuda and to bone-setting in 1980, Andréine Bel developed Yukidō after 30 years of research. She practises in the Var region and shares her practice through workshops and three reference books.
