The difference between the two pictures in my profile picture is one and a half years, that is, the picture on the left is 150 kg 400 grams and the picture on the right is 128 kg 400 grams. I lost 22 kg at home without anyone's help. But after that it was not possible to reduce it, that is, the body was not reduced in any way. So I went to the gym. The journey started on August 25, 2020. And from this 25th of August, I try to highlight the daily video day by day.
