hi everyone I’m Maisy, I fell in love with asmr in 2017 when I finished school and I was struggling badly with my mental health since then asmr has helped me in so many ways,helping me sleep and helping me relax when ever I feel anxious.

I then decided to make my own channel as I love helping people and wanted to build a community of my own to help people wind down and relax🤍
