I had fat graft surgery at The Piper Clinic with Dr. Shah in October 2023. Prior to surgery, I tried finding stories of how people were doing after they had the surgery, but most of what I found were of people wondering how to afford it or asking for broad help with TMJ issues (both of which are completely valid).

I started my blog to provide a resource for people I wish I would have had when researching the surgery. Shortly after starting my blog, I started making TikTok videos to share how to do stretches, what I was eating, and provide updates for people who prefer videos over reading. I am not a TMJ expert or associated with Dr. Shah/The Piper Clinic; my story is just what I have experienced with my own fat graft surgery. The majority of videos here were originally posted on my TikTok account.
