🌟During stress, you need consistency🌟 I’ve had the same breakfast every day for 6 months. I’ve also had the most stressful 6 months of my life after my mom got diagnosed with Stage 4 cancer in May and passed away in October. Have the same breakfast every day helped me, and it’s a habit that can help you, too. When you’re stressed, slow down, nourish your body, and you’ll be better equipt to help those who depend on you and to prevent disease in your own life. What’s your go to breakfast?
