I was born Cho Seoyeon in Gunsan, South Korea (no, that's not near Seoul, however I've been told the food is excellent there - a little tip for all you foodies). I'm a Korean-American adoptee who was raised in a little town in Jersey called Brick (and yes, that is the Jersey shore - or at least the next town over. But no, I don't fist pump and I don't party...at least not anymore).

Back in 2016, I wrote my first play, PINK LEATHER. And in October 2020, PINK LEATHER made its official debut via ZOOM.

I am currently working on my second play, and laying the groundwork to two new works, which I cannot wait to share!
