PT Semacom Integrated Tbk was established on October 1, 2009, as one of the pioneers in electrical panel manufacturing in Indonesia. Since 2009, the Company has been a partner of Siemens Technology and a Hyundai Electric Business Partner since 2018.

Then, since 2020, the Company has also been a FiberHome Authorized FitOn Series Assembler. The Company has made significant progress since 2021 when shareholders approved the change of status to a public company and listed its shares on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) since January 10, 2022.

In 2022, the Company was trusted as the Official Partner of Smart PV with Huawei Digital Power, and the Company began to venture into the Renewable New Energy (EBT) business by offering on/off grid Solar Power Plant (PLTS) products. In 2022, the Company also started to enter the Data Center, Telecommunications, and EV Charging businesses.
