Hey guys. I was planning on doing a show today, but our travel back from Las Vegas suffered a couple of glitches and resulted in us getting home much later than we anticipated (I’m typing this half comatose finally stretched out on my sofa). Anyway, apologies for the regular schedule disruption, tried my best. Show returns on its regular time on Monday. See you then.
Hollywood has had a blatant, systematic agenda of exclusion for generations. Everyone acknowledges that. The sad thing is, there are a lot of people who like that agenda. Who want to keep certain people out. And when filmmakers decide they don't want to bend the knee to that century-old agenda, some call it "woke". Comments like the one attached here polute my comments section every fucking day and make me lose faith in humanity. And if you cheer what this guy wrote... if you approve... please leave my channel and never come back. I don't need your clicks or views. In the real world, gay people, foreign people, all kinds of people are my neighbors. And maybe it's just the old Bible College student in me, but I recall being told I'm supposed to love my neighbors. And telling them they have no place in my community, in my neighborhood or in my movies will never be ok.
Hey guys. Need your input if this is a stupid idea or not. Been thinking about doing some movie screening meet and greets around the country. Like maybe one weekend we'll say "We're going to see Superman at the San Diego AMC 15 on Saturday the 14th. We're going to be at the Yardhouse beside it at 4pm for anyone that wants to come by and say hi before the movie". Good idea? Bad idea? Stupid idea? Needs some work idea? What do you think?
So Thunderbolts is holding a BIGGER audience score than even its critic score. Right now the movie has an impressive 88% critic rating, but even more impressive is the 95% audience rating with over 1000 verified ratings (RT verifies people who vote actually bought tickets to see the movie).
Hey guys, just a heads up. I’m giving the crew the day off today so there won’t be any show. We will be doing our thunderbolts open spoiler discussion on Sunday. See you guys then!
Today is my mom's birthday. I'm still all kinds of messed up over her passing as I'm sure everyone who loses a parent feels. My sister shared this image of her with my wife Ann (yeah, my mom was a shorty) and it made me smile. Miss you mom.
I have no idea if this pic is real or not. This has been floating around online today so I just decided to share it here. If it's real, I dig it... but curious to see the mask. What do you think? Real or fake?
