Involuntary outcasts hailing from Buxton, Derbyshire, Setrakain are a 5-Piece Metal band blending melodic and growling vocals over a dirty, hypnotic and headbanging inducing instrumental section.
Featuring low tuned guitar riffs, catchy choruses, and driving rhythms a-plenty, blending beautifully with lyrics that are dynamically delivered with a passionate brutality.
The band released their EP, THE FATAL DOSE towards the end of 2022 to great reception from fans and radio, and have since followed up with HELL TO PAY in 2024, and CRUSHED BY GUILT, and latest (and most maniacal) single PAREIDOLIA in 2025.
Now, under managerial guidance, with a solid release strategy in place, PR backing, and distribution handled by Earache Records, Alpha Pro Creative and FUZZ Music Services. Setrakain's aim is to spread their message and gather the broken, the weird and the wonderful; The Defects.
