The fate of the universe is predestined without a predestinator. There is only one past, one present and one future. Time is a lightly sloped, infinite line, and the present is a rolling point on that line. The term 'Evolution' is from latin ' Evolvere' meaning 'unrolling' (as in revealing a book or scroll).
