Cat Astro is a channel aimed at both the absolute beginner to Astrophotography through to individuals that have managed to successfully image and would like to learn the basics of Pixinsight which is my preferred Post Processing tool. Located in Lower Austria and a native English speaker I plan to start with some basic tutorials on equipment, setup and basic stuff like weather, planning and preparation but will also add some videos on Pixinsight to demo what is possible. Just over 2 years experience in this field although I do have a signed letter from Sir Patrick Moore from 1977 when I was much, much younger. I plan to add some humour into the videos but being English it might not always come across as funny. Why Cat Astro? After my family my passions are my two Ragdoll cats, Elouisa and Romeo who may feature in one or more of my videos and of course the night sky.
