The City of Abbotsford

The City of Abbotsford is a community of approximately 160,000, located in BC’s Fraser Valley about an hour east of Vancouver. Abbotsford is a modern city with a vibrant economy that combines the hospitality of a small town with the services of a large urban Centre. The City is well positioned to be the “Hub of the Fraser Valley” with many regional services and resources such as a world-class university, hospital and cancer centre, international airport, regional exhibition and events centers and the new provincial law courts. The City is surrounded by agricultural lands that anchor its economy and is home to dynamic and vibrant business community, making it a preferred location to live, work and play.
