Splitrock - Invidious

Splitrock

The building, running and maintaining of a medium-sized HO scale layout. The layout is double-deck. All rails have been installed and it has 90% of the scenery completed. The layout features a freelance company in northern Minnesota called the Splitrock Mining Company that moves iron ore from the Vermillion Range to Lake Superior. The date is 1969 and all motive power is Alco Diesels.
