I got swept into the self-care movement of yoga, meditation, crystals & self-healing BUT I have found the TRUTH. The truth is, we need a savior and a healer... we cannot do it alone. We cannot do life alone.
What I found to be most difficult for women coming to Christ is truly receiving healing, at the heart level, for themselves.
Women tend to help others while neglecting themselves in the process. You can know what to do in your mind, but not live out the truth in your heart.
I am here to guide women into living a Proverbs 31 lifestyle, serve God, bless others and share wisdom that the Lord has given.
RECEIVING is the key to OVERFLOWING... You can't pour from an empty cup, so be filled!
