On this channel, we deliver recipes under the concept of 'Making Delicious Japanese Cuisine at Home,' which can be made without special equipment or techniques.
With just a little extra effort, Japanese cuisine can become even more delicious.
I will also explain in detail why this extra step is necessary, so please be sure not to skip any parts!
Each dish is the result of multiple trials, and I introduce the recipes step by step with explanations so that anyone can easily recreate delicious Japanese cuisine.

Agedashi Tofu is a dish where tofu is deep-fried and then soaked in a flavorful dashi broth. The most enjoyable part of this dish is its texture. It's crispy on the outside and incredibly smooth and tender on the inside. Please give it a try for your next meal!

And this week, I will be introducing how to make Ponzu sauce, as requested by many of you! Ponzu is one of my favorite condiments, and I often use it when I want a refreshing taste!

Agedashi Tofu is a Japanese dish made by deep-frying tofu coated in potato starch and serving it in a hot dashi broth. The best part is the contrast between the crispy outside and the silky smooth texture of the tofu inside. It's a classic and popular dish at Japanese pubs (izakaya).
Unlike the typical method, this recipe uses very little oil and doesn't require draining the tofu, making it easy for anyone to make! Be sure to check it out!
