Lieven L. Litaer is among the best Klingon speakers of the world and has studied Klingon for many years. He organizes an annual language meeting and has talks at several comventions. He has worked on several international translation projects, making Klingon voice overs for commercials, making Klingon subtitles for a TV show and in 2018, he published a Klingon translation of "The Little Prince".
