Life is messy — sometimes it’s heartbreak and heavy conversations, and other times it’s goofy dogs who only want to lick your face. I'm Barbara, and here I'm sure you'll get a little bit of both.

I post when I feel like it — it could be something about addiction, recovery, or mental health… or maybe it’s Junior (my 98 lb lovable Rottweiler mix) doing something ridiculous, Molly (my devoted 11-year-old yellow lab), or one of my two (um..."spunky") chihuahuas.
