Helping autistic and AuDHD adults and parents of neurodivergent kids navigate the world of autism and ADHD
After Chris was late diagnosed as being autistic in addition to having ADHD, we have been learning about how to make adjustments to our lives to better support an AuDHD brain. Before that? We moved to Taiwan to build careers in education over 15 years ago. Since then we've helped over 1,000 families, supported neurodivergent students and staff, and traveled to numerous countries. Now we're sharing what we've learned about autism, ADHD, and life as a neurodiverse couple...all with our signature humor, positivity, and unique outlook on life together.
On this channel, expect a mix of wisdom, experiences, hilarious anecdotes, and useful tools. Weβre sharing our lived experiences as educators, as well as the lived experience of an autistic ADHD entrepreneur, manager, and teacher. Intrigued? Dive into our content! Grateful you're here with us!

Almost time for a new video π
We'll be sharing a topic that Debby and I have discussed a lot together: "Odd" Autistic Behaviors (that Me and Other Autistic People Thought Were "Normal").
So this week we'd like to know: When you started learning about autism or neurodivergence (for yourself or someone else), was it linked to unique behaviors that happen to be more common for autistic and AuDHD people?
π For example: Specifically choosing to eat the same foods on repeat for months (or years)
The video will launch at the usual time on Friday (12:30pm EST) β and after you're done watching, please comment to let us know which behaviors you recognize and/or others you'd add to the list!
Thanks for being here!! Hope your week has been awesome π

New video on the way this Friday! This one comes from the interpretation of a lot of autistic habits as being "rude." Has this happened to you?π
The video will launch at the usual time on Friday (12:30pm EST). Then weigh in: Are they ACTUALLY rude? We'll talk about that more in the video β and after you're done watching, comment to let us know your own experiences!

We've got a new video on the way this Friday, and it's a topic that we think is pretty important for late-identified neurodivergent adults! But without giving too much away, what's been the most challenging part of learning your autistic and/or ADHD in adulthood?π
The video will launch at the usual time on Friday (12:30pm EST) β and after you're done watching, please comment to let us know your own experiences!

It's almost Friday, and we've got a new video that's a follow-up to a recent video when we discussed Autism vs. Trauma. In case you missed it, here it is: https://youtu.be/Xls31iOQd1A
This week, we'll talk about the overlaps with autism and trauma, and why it can be hard to tell where one starts and the other begins. There were a lot of comments asking last time about when people have both autism and trauma, so that's in this video (and a lot more, too).
The video will launch at the usual time on Friday (12:30pm EST) β and after watching, be sure to comment on the video what questions or thoughts have popped up on this topic... or anything that surprised you about this topic.
Hope everyone here is having a great week β€οΈ and thanks for being here!

So this week we'd like to know: When you started learning about autism or neurodivergence (for yourself or someone else), was it linked to other physical issues?
The video will launch at the usual time on Friday (12:30pm EST) β and after you're done watching, please comment to let us know which signs you recognize and/or others you'd add to the list!
Hope you're having a great week π
