Helping autistic and AuDHD adults and parents of neurodivergent kids navigate the world of autism and ADHD

After Chris was late diagnosed as being autistic in addition to having ADHD, we have been learning about how to make adjustments to our lives to better support an AuDHD brain. Before that? We moved to Taiwan to build careers in education over 15 years ago. Since then we've helped over 1,000 families, supported neurodivergent students and staff, and traveled to numerous countries. Now we're sharing what we've learned about autism, ADHD, and life as a neurodiverse couple...all with our signature humor, positivity, and unique outlook on life together.

On this channel, expect a mix of wisdom, experiences, hilarious anecdotes, and useful tools. We’re sharing our lived experiences as educators, as well as the lived experience of an autistic ADHD entrepreneur, manager, and teacher. Intrigued? Dive into our content! Grateful you're here with us!

We've got a new video on the way this Friday, and it's a topic that we think is pretty important for late-identified neurodivergent adults! But without giving too much away, what's been the most challenging part of learning your autistic and/or ADHD in adulthood?πŸ‘‡

The video will launch at the usual time on Friday (12:30pm EST) – and after you're done watching, please comment to let us know your own experiences!

It's almost Friday, and we've got a new video that's a follow-up to a recent video when we discussed Autism vs. Trauma. In case you missed it, here it is: https://youtu.be/Xls31iOQd1A

This week, we'll talk about the overlaps with autism and trauma, and why it can be hard to tell where one starts and the other begins. There were a lot of comments asking last time about when people have both autism and trauma, so that's in this video (and a lot more, too).

The video will launch at the usual time on Friday (12:30pm EST) – and after watching, be sure to comment on the video what questions or thoughts have popped up on this topic... or anything that surprised you about this topic.

Hope everyone here is having a great week ❀️ and thanks for being here!

We're ready for a new video! We'll be sharing a topic that has gotten requested a lot: Common physical signs of autism. One you might've heard about is hypermobility... but we've got more on the way! (And if you haven't heard of that, don't worry... we've got you covered!) πŸ˜‰
So this week we'd like to know: When you started learning about autism or neurodivergence (for yourself or someone else), was it linked to other physical issues?

The video will launch at the usual time on Friday (12:30pm EST) – and after you're done watching, please comment to let us know which signs you recognize and/or others you'd add to the list!

Hope you're having a great week πŸ™‚

The video will launch at the usual time (12:30pm EST) – and watch til the end for some ideas of how to support yourself when you're experiencing big emotions (and some fun outtakes 😁)

New video on the way tomorrow! ✨ This week, we're looking at why it's so common for autistic and AuDHD adults to spiral, ruminate, and end up completely exhausted and stuck... because of some challenging thought patterns.
Is this something that you struggle with?

The video will launch at the usual time (12:30pm EST) – and be sure to watch til the end for some ideas of what to try next time this happens! (And some fun outtakes 😁)

Hey everyone! πŸ‘‹ Tomorrow we'll be back with a new video on unmasking, and this time we'll share some "weird" things that can happen when unmasking. 🎭
It'll launch at the usual Friday time: 12:30pm EST.

And in preparation, we'd love to hear about your experiences with masking. What have you noticed most as you learned about autistic masking? πŸ‘‡
(And apologies in advance if your top choice isn't here, especially since we can only put 4 options – so drop a comment to add your own thoughts!)

Don't forget to watch our new video tomorrow and to share with anyone you think it might help – see you soon!
