Helping autistic and AuDHD adults and parents of neurodivergent kids navigate the world of autism and ADHD
After Chris was late diagnosed as being autistic in addition to having ADHD, we have been learning about how to make adjustments to our lives to better support an AuDHD brain. Before that? We moved to Taiwan to build careers in education over 15 years ago. Since then we've helped over 1,000 families, supported neurodivergent students and staff, and traveled to numerous countries. Now we're sharing what we've learned about autism, ADHD, and life as a neurodiverse couple...all with our signature humor, positivity, and unique outlook on life together.
On this channel, expect a mix of wisdom, experiences, hilarious anecdotes, and useful tools. We’re sharing our lived experiences as educators, as well as the lived experience of an autistic ADHD entrepreneur, manager, and teacher. Intrigued? Dive into our content! Grateful you're here with us!

We've got a new video on the way tomorrow at our usual time! Live chat starts at 5:30pm UK / 12:30pm EST 🎥 https://youtu.be/UpcJxZHU4lU
But first, a quick survey as we've been talking about what it can be like when you're realizing you're autistic or AuDHD as an adult – especially in those first few months.
So where are you on your journey? Share with us in the poll ⤵️ and also tell us: what's helped you as you relearn yourself? What are you struggling with? And what do you wish more people understood about this journey? We'll have a lot more to help along the way too 😊

Hey everyone, we're back!! ❤️ We're excited to start a new year here with all of you... and with more surprise guests 😁 🦢 We'll have our first video coming this Friday, so mark your calendars! 📆
As we start this new year, we'll be focusing on a topic that comes up often in our Auticate membership and the comments here:
✨ Finding yourself again after realizing you’re autistic.
We're talking about confusion, doubt, grief, overwhelm, and what actually helps (instead of the stereotypical advice that other people usually tell you).
If you’re new here, this month will hopefully give you some much-needed context.
If you’ve been here a while, a lot of this might help things click into place... finally!
🎥 Here’s what’s on the way this month:
- 5 Signs You Might Be Autistic (Even If You Were Told You’re Not)
- The Moment You Realize You’re Autistic (No One Talks About This)
- Why Nothing Feels Normal After You Realize You’re Autistic
- What Most People Get Wrong After Realizing They’re Autistic
🕓 First video of the year drops this Friday at the usual time – join us for the live premiere and chat at 12:00pm New York (Fri.) / 5:00pm (Fri.) UK – with the video premiering 30 minutes later.
We hope you're as excited as we are for all that's coming this year! 🥳

We're back – and were overwhelmed by the supportive messages last week. THANK YOU so much for the understanding and kindness! ❤️ We're getting back to our routines, but that time was so helpful and much-needed.
This week, we're tackling a subject that comes up often: "Now that I know I'm autistic (or AuDHD) – what's next?" Our video will break that down, so join us at our usual time: https://youtu.be/pBDBa5T4vII
✨ Join the live chat first, followed by our new video premiere 30 minutes later 🕒 12:00pm New York (Fri.) / 5:00pm (Fri.) London / 12:00am (Sat.) HK/Taiwan - with the video beginning 30 minutes later (12:30pm EST)
And if you were late-identified, what were your questions or things you would have liked to have known? Whether you're "officially" diagnosed or self-identified, let us know what you did to navigate that in the comments. ⤵️
And if you're still there (which is common...even years later), what's helped you along the way? Looking forward to hearing more and connecting with you on this topic!

No Video This Week:
We're sorry to break our usual routines, but we are taking this week to process the loss of a longtime colleague and friend who passed away last weekend. We're doing what we advocate for – knowing your limits and making adjustments as needed – and we're taking this time to process and grieve.
It's also a reminder to all of us that life is short, so make sure to give someone in your life an extra hug (or whatever is your love language of showing you care) today ❤️
We appreciate you all. Take care, and we'll see you back here next week.

Big shout-out to my friend Jeremy Robinson today! 🥳
Jeremy — a NYT bestselling author — recently shared publicly that he’s autistic. And if you know, you know… that takes serious courage. He wrote a fantastic post about it here: bewareofmonsters.com/whats-up-with-my-brain/
On top of that, his new upcoming book, Artifact, features an autistic main character who actually feels real. A sheriff, just out in the Alaskan wilderness, investigating odd happenings...who just happens to be autistic. It's coming out NEXT WEEK, so you can preorder it here* (or wherever you get your books locally): amzn.to/4eUY7zN
And it’s available as an audiobook: www.audible.com/pd/Artifact-Audiobook/B0FJJBCJFB
I’m so proud of Jeremy for showing up fully and for creating the kind of representation we all need more of! 🙌
Check out his blog post, pre-order Artifact (we already have!), and show him some love. @JeremyRobinson
