Touristia makes long travel documentaries, about 30 minutes each, for viewers who want to understand a place before they visit, or instead of visiting. Each film follows one question through geography, history and everyday life, sometimes in a place that has just made the news, and ends with what it means for a trip there today.
How the films are made: every script is researched and written for the channel, with figures checked against official sources. The footage is real, licensed stock of the place the narration describes, chosen shot by shot and edited in-house; any AI-generated scene is labelled. The narration is synthesised.
