Hi my name is Rick, and I welcome you to my Cape Cod life. I plan to retire in a few years and it is my hope to build up my little backyard into a hobby homestead. Each season I add more food systems. I have 8 hens as my eager partners in my small scale permaculture approach to food production. Also let me show you how I use resources unique to Cape Cod to supplement what I produce at home. I enjoy digging for clams, gathering oysters and going crabbing I would love to share that with you.
