I'd like to share with you some Asian plant-based food recipes.
It's been almost a year since I started to eat in a plant -based way. I feel more energetic and healthier after making the switch. It was so different from the diet I was following.
The plant-based food wasn't very tasty at the beginning. But now, I've found the way to created my dishes tastier and healthier just replacing a few ingredients in the way I cook.
And I really would love to share my recipes with people on my channel.
