Fei Wang
Wang Fei is an international award winning artist, published writer, and accomplished musician who has toured internationally.
Wang Fei began her study of the guqin under Professor Li Xiangting at the Central Conservatory of Music in China in 1985.
Guqin, the oldest Chinese stringed instrument with 3000 years old history, which UNESCO has proclaimed a part of their Masterpiece of the Oral and Intangible Heritage of Humanity program as The Art of Guqin Music. Music of the guqin was also featured on the Voyager Golden Record, which was launched with the Voyager spacecraft in 1977.
