✨ Did you know I have a children’s book? ✨

And it’s not just any book — it’s a magical introduction to decluttering and organizing made fun.

Meet KiKi The Magical Makeover Fairy
A charming, unforgettable character who teaches kids not just how to declutter — but how to do it with joy, confidence, and kindness.

For Kids:
KiKi guides little ones through 3 Magical Steps to transform their room into a space of play, creativity, and pride.

🪄 Step 1: A playful “search and find” game that teaches kids how to identify and categorize toys — an essential organizing skill.
🪄 Step 2: Choosing special toys to donate, learning generosity and the magic of giving to other children.
🪄 Step 3: Creating homes for each set of toys so playtime and cleanup become easy-breezy.

And the best part?
🌈 THE FINAL REVEAL — the moment their hard work turns into a magical new space they helped create. This celebration builds confidence, independence, and real-life skills that last.

For Grown-Ups:
This book teaches the exact method I use with families in-person.
You’ll learn:

✔ The CORE 4 Declutter Method
✔ The 7 CORE Toy Categories
✔ How to make organizing simple, quick, and FUN
✔ How to transform a daunting task into a joyful experience your child will want to participate in

We intentionally remove words like “clean,” “mess,” and “declutter” — and replace them with excitement, magic, and positive engagement.
Children rise to the energy you give them — and the results are incredible.

Plus:
🎁 BONUS pages for grown-ups covering each step of the CORE 4 Method so you can use it in every room of your home.

Decluttering doesn’t have to be stressful — not for you and not for your kids.
You just need the right method, the right language, and a little KiKi magic. ✨

When you freeze, read this out loud:

“I only need to do one step.”
“I am allowed to go slowly.”
“This will get easier with practice.”
“Overwhelm is not danger.”
“I am safe, supported, and capable.”
“I do not need to finish. I only need to begin.”
“Kayleen taught me what to do next — I just need to follow the step.”

Then begin Step 1: Collect —
Right where you’re standing.
Ground to surfaces.
Trash first.
Misplaced items next.
No bouncing, no sorting, no organizing yet.

Your brain is not the problem.
Your system is.
And you now have a system that tells you exactly what to do next.

If you want the same step-by-step structure I teach my clients, the DeclutterCore™ Kit will walk with you through every room.

“The Fluff” = the stuff you don’t care about but is taking up space.

This is where I want you to begin.

Fluff Categories:

Old papers

Freebies

Junk mail

Junk drawer items

Duplicates

Broken items

Outdated cosmetics

Random cords

Follow the method and choose one room to work in and then identify your "fluff" categories--the easy stuff!

Why this works:

You get massive progress with minimal emotional labor.
Your brain gets a win, which builds momentum for harder categories.

The DeclutterCore™ Kit gives you the exact steps, not the stress.

You’re not behind. You’re in process.
Decluttering isn’t a race—it’s a rhythm. Some days you’ll make visible progress, other days you’ll rest and reset. Both are productive.

Every bag out the door counts. Every choice builds confidence. Every pause protects your energy.

The DeclutterCore™ Kit was created to help you move forward one doable step at a time.

If you’ve ever found yourself surrounded by 47 tiny bins labeled “miscellaneous,” this one’s for you.

Over-categorizing feels productive…
but it actually keeps you stuck.

Too many categories = too many decisions.
Your brain shuts down, your energy drops, and your system becomes harder to maintain.

Let’s get back to the basics 👇

✅ Keep categories broad. Think “Cleaning,” “Paper,” “Clothing,” “Tools.”
✅ Use fewer bins. Simplicity is sustainable.
✅ Focus on visibility. If you can’t see it, you won’t use it.
✅ Label for function, not perfection. Real-life words over Pinterest labels.
✅ Build the system for your brain, not someone else’s.

The goal isn’t to have the most categories.
It’s to create a home that functions without draining your energy.

If you’re ready to create a home you can finally manage without stress, the DeclutterCore™ Kit is your starting point. Link in bio to grab it.

The 3 Second Rule is a decision-making tool that keeps your brain calm and your momentum steady while decluttering.

It works like this:

Focus on one category at a time and make a decision on each item:

You look at one item and ask:
“Do I want to keep this?”

Then you give yourself 3 seconds to answer.

YES → Keep

NO → Let it go (donate or discard)

Hesitate? Freeze? Not sure? → It’s an automatic KEEP.

That’s it.

This rule protects you from:

spiraling into overthinking

emotional fatigue

decision paralysis

regret

and the “I got overwhelmed and shut down” cycle

The 3 Second Rule is not about forcing yourself to get rid of more.
It’s about moving you through the process without draining you.

It keeps your brain in forward motion, especially if you have ADHD, chronic clutter, or decision fatigue.

And remember:
You’re using the 3 Second Rule after you’ve already sorted into clear categories.
By that point, your brain can see what you have—and the decisions become simple.

This is how you declutter without burning out.

If you’ve tried everything and nothing stuck, my method will finally make sense to your brain. Get the Kit—start feeling the difference. Link in bio.

When you don’t know where to start, start here 👇

1️⃣ Pick one room. One drawer. One surface.
2️⃣ Collect — Remove trash and anything that doesn’t belong.
3️⃣ Categorize — Group like with like.
4️⃣ Cut Out — Use the 3 Second Rule.

Ask one question:
“Do I want to keep this?”

You get 3 seconds to answer.

YES → Keep

NO → Let it go

Not sure / hesitate / freeze → KEEP

Why?
It keeps your brain calm, stops overwhelm, prevents regret, and keeps you moving.

Use it after you’ve categorized, when you can actually see what you have.

5️⃣ Contain — Give what remains a home that’s easy for you to maintain.

That’s it. That’s your roadmap back to calm.
Simple. Doable. Real life.
