Finally following the advice of some of my friends and followers I've decided to create my own Youtube Channel.
Honestly I have no idea when and how I'm going to be uploading videos, but I'll do my best to keep you entertained.

Jose Sol, is my name and I want to give you My point of View of the things that happen to me. I'm really lucky because I have an amazing job working with the best Spanish products, I'm really lucky because I have to travel a lot sharing the Spanish culture through our Gastronomy. Jamón has been my best partner in the past ten years and I have a lot of Jamón friends around the world.

Jose Sol, My Point of View will show you some of the best kitchens in the world, we will meet some of the best chefs, I'll introduce you some of my best Jamón friends.

We'll also see recipes, interesting products, we will visit different producers. I think I have a lot of stories to tell you, and I hope you enjoy them with me.
