The National Open Youth Orchestra (NOYO) is a pioneering inclusive orchestra where brilliant 11-25 year-old disabled and non-disabled musicians rehearse and perform together. It promotes inclusion by performing exciting music written and arranged for a diverse group of musicians and instruments.
Alongside the touring National Open Youth Orchestra, there are five Regional NOYO Ensembles delivered in partnership with Guildhall School of Music & Drama in London, Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra in Bournemouth, Bristol Beacon in Bristol, Midlands Arts Centre and Services For Education in Birmingham, Royal Welsh College of Music & Drama and BBC NOW in Cardiff, with Barbican and B:Music as national partners.
Stay tuned as we inject new diversity and creativity into the orchestra!
