Not Our Jurisdiction - Invidious

Not Our Jurisdiction

"Not our jurisdiction." It's what too many parents hear when the education system fails their child.

This channel explains how that system actually works — your rights, the law, and who is really responsible — in plain English, backed by the facts.

Schools, academies, councils, Ofsted, EHCPs, SEND, complaints, exclusions: a system designed to confuse you, explained clearly and held to account.

No jargon. No spin. No sides except yours.
