Hey beautiful souls, I’m Karla an Abstract Expressionistic Contemporary Artist from South London, creating art that heals the soul. After 25 years in fashion, a personal trauma changed everything. I closed my business and began a deep journey of self-healing, where art became my medicine. Through creative play, I reconnected with my inner child again, curious, fearless, and full of wonder and from that space, Haberdashery Heaven was born.
For the past 14 years, I’ve been fusing fashion and art, weaving threads, denim, wool, and embellishments into soulful, textured creations across mannequins, canvases, sneakers, and clothing.
This channel is a space to share my art, upcycling, and creative process, getting to know me and most importantly, to connect with a community of kindred spirits those on a path of healing, growth, and becoming their truest selves.
