I'm Enrique A. Mendoza, a Guatemalan film director. I make short films about ordinary people who run into something they can't quite explain.
Some of my work draws on Guatemalan folklore. Some of it is quieter, or colder, closer to the strange edges of everyday life. The films, and the trailers that lead to them, all live here, and I add new ones as they're finished.
My work has played at festivals including SCAD Savannah, Newport Beach Film Festival, Beverly Hills Film Festival, and CURTAS.
