I’m Lina Sol.

I was born in Bulgaria - a land of roses, ancient symbols, and stories whispered across generations.
For more than twenty years, I worked as a journalist, telling stories that mattered.
Today, I am a writer and a teacher.
I write books that remember.
Not the way history books remember - with dates and wars and names.
But the way grandmothers remember - with rituals, symbols, recipes, and stories told by firelight.
My work moves between worlds - between childhood and adulthood, between Bulgaria and America, and between what we have lost and what we are building.

You may know my books:

Grandma Vida’s Whispered Messages - gentle stories of wisdom and memory.
Sacred Stitches - where Bulgarian embroidery becomes language and protection.
A Soul’s Diary - a space for reflection, symbolism, and inner journeys.
A Pocketful of Christmas Magic - a winter tale of light and belonging.
Learn with Ella - joyful learning through story and imagination.
