I have a Master's degree in Instructional Design Development & Evaluation from Syracuse University and over 30 years creating learning & performance improvement solutions & deliverables. Instructional design is the process of creating learning experiences that are effective, efficient, and engaging for learners. It involves a comprehensive approach that considers the needs of learners, the objectives of learning, and the constraints of resources. It is both a systematic and systemic process.
