UPDATE: 5/30/2022
Hello there I'm back :) I'm not teaching Zumba anymore but I still trying my best to keep in shape and this time be healthier. I noticed as I get older, there's some food that I can no longer eat and no matter how much I exercise my blood pressure and sugar is shooting up because it's in my genes. So I'm here to show some fresh juicing, diets (not strict ones lol) and healthy ways I'm doing to age gracefully and I guess everybody wants it right? so hope you enjoy watching my channel :)
