Doctors once told me to be careful with my lungs. Now I run marathons.
This channel is for you if you've past your 30's and you've made a decision to build a running habit.
I started running at 33 after a collapsed lung. My goal for this channel is to make this a platform for us to go through the struggles and share our experience.
