Mr. Sunil Arora, the senior most partner of the firm, has an experience of over 40 years in the matters related to finance and taxation. His special forte includes direct tax consultancy in areas of capital gains, search and seizure, survey and representation before the various I.T authorities. He has vast knowledge and expertise with regards to business consultancy services and foreign collaborations.
A man of exemplary vision and strong social commitment, he possesses inherent qualities of converting challenges into opportunities by sincerity of purpose and firm determination. He takes a very broad approach to solve intricate problems and key issues. He is also a renowned speaker on subjects like accounting standards, drafting MoUs and agreements, search and seizure, IFRS and has delivered lectures on these topics at various forums.
He was the member of Northern India Regional Council (NIRC) of the ICAI for two subsequent terms 2000-03 and 2003-06.
