As a 57 year old guy that looks decent at the pool, a cop for 28 years that is on the growth side of PTSD, has a wife that also gets her fitness in, 2 kids (9 and 7 y/o), has been a CrossFit Coach for 16 years, owned a CrossFit gym for 6, was a police academy fitness and fighting instructor for 8 years and is part of a fitness related non-profit I feel like I maybe have something to offer in the health and fitness realm for the over 50 ‘every guy’ as I’m living that life too.
So here I am 🤙 Intermittent fasting as best I can, trying to eat keto BUT also eating cereal and pizza and PB&J with the kids occasionally and working out 3-5 times a week.
