The Zita Nadege Foundation (NZF) is a Non-Governmental Organisation formed in 2025, and dedicated to creating a world where individuals with sickle cell disease can live long, healthy and fulfilling lives by raising awareness and providing access to accurate diagnosis, early stage treatment, and care.
Mission Statement:
At our core we aim to improve the lives of those living with sickle cell disease by providing compassionate, holistic and accessible care. We are dedicated to supporting research and offering free genotype screening, and delivering essential resources to patients and their families. We aim to spread awareness through education, advocacy and initiatives aimed to empower communities with knowledge. Our work is to strengthen the infrastructure of healthcare and education, that every patient has the opportunity to thrive with dignity, support, and hope.
